Ingredients:
- 2 cups grated paneer (Indian cottage cheese)
- 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup finely chopped mixed bell peppers (red, green, yellow)

- 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder

- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons cornflour or chickpea flour (besan)
- Bamboo or metal skewers
- Oil for grilling
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine grated paneer, mashed potatoes, chopped bell peppers, chopped onions, green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
