Ingredients:
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) of chickpeas (also known as garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:
