RECIPE
- 03 Sprigs of Mint
- 1/2 teaspoon Caster Sugar
- 01 Table Spoon Soda Water
- 02 to 03 Ice Cubes (Crushed)
- 01 Measure Bourbon Whiskey
- Sprig of Mint ( to decorate)
Method
Crush the mint with the caster sugar in an old fashioned glass or large tumbler and rub it around the inside of the glass. Discard the mint. Dissolve the sugar in the soda water, add the ice and por over the Bourbon. Do not stir. Decorate with the sprig of mint.

Note:
The sprigs of a great many different varieties of mint i.e. spear mint and apple mint, can all be used in cocktails. Their bright green leaves are both refreshing and attractive.
