Recipe:

  • 05 to 06 Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 measure Dry Vermouth
  • 03 measures Gin
  • 01 Green Olive and a thin strip of lemon rind to decorate.

Method:

Put the ice cubes into a mixing glass. Por the vermouth and gin over the ice and stir (never shake) vigorously and evenly without splashing, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Serve with a green olive and a strip of lemon rind.
